Lead/Senior .Net Developer

We’re looking for a Lead/Senior .NET web developer to join our awesome development team. Our developers build software for all components of the organization. This involves heavy front-end web development for systems that are both internally and externally facing, integration with back-end third party APIs, analytical services, & tons of data.  Responsibilities: Perform & lead development of complex software applications Write tons of code across the full stack – front end Web UI, middle tier service layer, and back end database Perform analysis of requirements and design Create and execute unit tests and perform basic systems testing Participate in peer code reviews and technical meetings Mentor engineers in coding practices and process Work in an Agile Scrum team process, collaborating closely with fellow developers, DBAs, QA, team leads, and stakeholders Troubleshoot and support system and application problems

Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in software development using Microsoft stack (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, etc.) w/ previous team lead experience
Experience with Agile development processes, methodologies, and tools
Excellent understanding of Object Oriented software design Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL, and Web Services
Understanding of Test Driven Development
Aptitude and desire to learn new technologies
Able to communicate complex technical concepts to company stakeholders in an easy-to-understand manner
Comfortable working independently and in a team environment BS in Computer Science (or related field) 

Nice to Have

Junior Network Administrator  

Job Description:
The Jr. Network Administrator will assist the Information Technology department in completing various projects.  Specifically, this position will assist in completing service tickets, working on the corporate network and other various tasks assigned by the Information Technology department.
 
Responsibilities:
Manage the day to day duties of the Information Technology Department
Implement hardware and software solutions
Troubleshoot IT problems for onsite and offsite staff
Maintain/Track corporate IT assets
Perform other related duties assigned
 
Required Skills/Experience/Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT work experience
Solid background with Windows Server, Windows 7 OS and Windows Server Operations
Skilled in planning and executing maintenance activities
Understand Microsoft-centric infrastructure
Working knowledge of Remedy
Basic knowledge of Power Shell and command scripts
Must earn MCP/MCSA with six months of hire


Systems Administrator  

The Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration of Cephas-TFA’s corporate and hosted application networks.  The Systems Administrator will also provide help desk support to C-TFA’s employees.  In addition, this position is responsible for maintaining on-call availability for critical technical issues during non-business hours, as well as performing physical and remote updates to mission critical systems off hours.  Systems are located both onsite and at multiple colocation facilities offsite.

Responsibilities/Duties
• Maintains and administers Cephas-TFA’s various networks and domains, including user management, ensuring all users have the proper network access and permissions. 
• Troubleshoots a wide range of users’ concerns including, but not limited to: hardware, software, network/Internet connectivity, printers, copiers, teleconferencing equipment and phone system. 
• Builds, configures, and maintains laptops, workstations, servers and various network equipment, for the corporate network as well as equipment used for Cephas-TFA’s commercial web applications as needed. 
• Ensures all systems comply with the established Information Security Policy.  Identifies and reports on potential risks and vulnerabilities to management as part of regular Risk Assessment.
• Monitors corporate email and provides spam management.  Also manages and provides assistance to approved users for accessing email via mobile devices.
• Manages software and hardware patches and upgrades on all systems, conducting research as necessary to ensure Cephas-TFA systems are kept secure.  Performs patches at optimal times depending on SLAs and other business requirements.
• Monitors servers and network equipment by checking systems logs, event viewers and by utilizing system monitoring software. 
• Researches, recommends and implements hardware, software and systems upgrades and purchases, as requested.
• Coordinates with external vendors for management of Cephas-TFA’s technical infrastructure including the ISP, colocation and print vendors.
• Administers backups and disaster recovery plans
• Collaborates with development team to create and deploy a highly available and redundant architecture for hosted applications. 
Required Experience
Two to four years of system administration experience is required.
